Wow! We love the detailing on this fun midi skirt! The tie-top is such a unique detail, with the roping attached above the top of the skirt. The front is draped to one side, too, making it very flattering. We love it paired with our Flower Puff Sleeve White Tee (shown in third picture) TTS.
